Got Questions?

There is no cancellation fee for Airbnb or other vacation rental cleaning services. We understand that bookings are out of our customers’ control.

We are terribly sorry if you are not satisfied with our services. We’ve got you covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee program. Please email us at Rufo@MiamiEXPCleaning.com within 24 hours of your cleaning, attach pictures of the areas that you are not satisfied with and we will schedule a reclean to ensure it is done right. The reclean appointment should be scheduled within 72 hours of contacting us.

If your cleaner did not arrive, please contact Miami exp cleaning at rufo@miamiEXPcleaning.com immediately. We will investigate the root cause of the issue and rebook your appointment free of charge.

No, we’ve got you covered. All our cleaning professionals comes fully equipped with eco-friendly cleaners and supplies to service your vacation rental.

We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM until 8 PM. You can pick the time that works for you! Contact us by phone or email if you have any questions about our vacation rental cleaning services.

Airbnb cleaning time varies based on the size of your house/apartment. The minimum house cleaning is 3 hours based on 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.

Please visit our Airbnb Cleaning Service page to see a full list of what is included in the your booking. But we clean everything from appliances to floors, and remove all garbage, wash/dry dishes (and put the away), and vacuum all carpets and rugs.

Yes, we use pet friendly cleaners as your pet is a valued member of your family. Please contact us if you have any concerns or furhter questions.

Rufo and his team are amazing. Extremely professional and everything is done in a timely manner. They always leave everything sparkling clean and are super efficient. They make life easier for you especially if you have a business.

Rufo and his team cleaned my airbnb in downtown miami in between guests. They are the best around. The way they make the beds and sculpt the towels is like a 5 star hotel. They deep clean the place in between every stay and are here within hours of guests checking out. Anything that is low in supply will be notated and replenished. Cant recommend them enough for airbnb cleaning/managing in the miami area.
